Ordering and Delivery

DELIVERY

Orders are usually shipped within two working days from receipt. Each order will be shipped via standard delivery (we use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible). Your order will be trackable with a unique tracking number emailed to you once your parcel has been collected from us. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your items, and their destination.

We are happy to ship Australia wide.

We offer complimentary shipping for most orders* over $150 going to NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD only.

*Free shipping does not apply to bulky items including furniture, and some rugs these items will have the delivery fee quoted based on their dimensions, weight and destination. If you are considering one of these large pieces please contact us for a delivery quote.
